How to install

Download the app by searching “FBU App” in the App Store for Apple devices and Google Play Store for Android devices, or by clicking the buttons below.

Once downloaded, open the app and click ‘reset password’. Enter the email address attached to your membership record and receives FBU updates. If you’re unsure, check with your brigade organiser or email the membership team at [email protected].
- Please check your emails for an email from MembershipServices titled Public Password Reset Request. If you don’t receive the email, make sure to check your junk and spam folder. The link in the email is valid for 20 minutes.
- The link will take you to Phoenix – the FBU’s membership system – where you can create your password. Once you’ve set your password, you can return to the app and log in
