CONFERENCE 2026 – WARWICK 13, 14 & 15 MAY 2026
The Preliminary Notice of Conference has been dispatched to ‘All Members’ and I am attaching for use by your Brigade/National Sectional Committee the following:
Delegates Credential and Accommodation Application
The closing date for return of these forms is 2.00pm 5 March 2026 and you should arrange your committee meeting accordingly.
Conference has agreed that crèche facilities for delegates with young children should be made available. Head Office will need to know the requirements for crèche facilities by 2.00pm 5 March 2026.
Delegates should therefore indicate the need on the Delegates Credential Application form otherwise appropriate arrangements cannot be made.
Accommodation accounts in respect of delegates are paid by Head Office, but delegates will be personally responsible for settlement of any family accommodation account.
