Pay 2025: Consultative ballot result

The consultative ballot on pay has concluded today and the results are as follows:
Accept 82%
This was on a turnout of 59%.

I'd like to put on record my thanks to all members that participated in the consultative ballot. The union
shall now write to the national employers to confirm our acceptance.

National Joint Council circulars will follow, informing the sector.
