Clarification - MTA Offer from Greater Manchester Fire and Rescue Service
Further to Head Office circular 2021HOC0629AD sent on 21 December 2021, please find a revised offer received from GMFRS.
The document does not represent a new offer but does provide clarification on an important matter. The revised content can be located in Appendix B on page 10.
The revision is a new inserted third bullet point which reads:
iii. Staff who are conditioned to the Day Crewing System will receive a payment of 2% based on their basic salary including the consolidated payment (in accordance with the Day Crewing Collective Agreement of 8th July 2021) where this applies.
This circular will be sent to:
- All FBU branches in Greater Manchester (with hard copy of the revised offer).
- All other FBU branches (without a hard copy of the revised offer).
All members of the union will be able to view the offer on the FBU website.
