World Menopause Day is held every year on the 18th October. The purpose of the day is to raise awareness on the menopause and support options for improving health and wellbeing. However, the advice, support and assistance we provide for FBU members relating to the menopause is not, and must not be, confined to just a single day
The FBU National Women’s Committee (NWC), alongside the Institute of Occupational Medicine, has previously developed the attached good practice guide to give assistance to representatives and officials who may need to provide advice to women members.
