Uplift of mileage rates

Conference notes changes to Officials’ mileage rates at previous Conferences. Since the last change, the cost of living and the cost of fuel has dramatically increased.

Conference instructs the Executive Council to review the current mileage rate for Union business and to uplift the rate at the earliest opportunity. Any uplift will take into consideration the HMRC mileage rate for the years 2021/2022.
