Simon Sapper report

Conference notes the work already undertaken by Simon Sapper and the subsequent report and recommendations made to the Executive Council (EC).

Conference instructs the EC to provide a record of what recommendations from the Simon Sapper report have been concluded and the current situation regarding those recommendations that have yet to be concluded or acted upon.

The EC must report back a record of progress to all Brigade Officials ahead of the next Conference or within one calendar year whichever is sooner.
