Domestic violence survivors' paid leave

Conference notes that domestic violence can be physical, sexual or psychological abuse. Paid leave for domestic violence survivors should be a right for employees affected.

Conference demands the Executive Council (EC) seek discussions with the National Joint Council about the introduction of ‘Domestic Violence Paid Survivors’ Leave’ as a right for Fire Brigades Union Members.

The EC should report back progress made by Conference 2023.
