Control staff pay

Conference recognises the work previously carried out by our Union in relation to pay parity for Emergency Fire Control staff.

As part of all future pay negotiations Conference instructs the Executive Council to make closing the pay gap between Emergency Fire Control Staff and the equivalent operational firefighter roles, a fundamental pillar of the demands in those negotiations.

All progress regarding this matter should be reported back to Members on a regular basis
