Trade Union Facilities

Conference instructs the Executive Council and Brigade Officials to urgently negotiate with the relevant bodies acceptable Trade Union facilities for FF/Control staff representatives. Any agreement should aim to improve on, and not be detrimental to, trade union facility arrangements currently operating in brigades. This is an extremely fraught and unsettled time for FF/Control staff and it is crucial that representatives have adequate facilities to fully represent their members.
