National Positive Action Strategy

This Conference calls upon the Fire Brigades Union to raise at the Practitioners Forum the establishment of a national positive action strategy. This would ensure best practice with the sharing of ideas, resources and more importantly personnel, especially where particular brigades have a low number of B&EM members. This strategy should allow B&EM members in a brigade to have paid time off in order to support positive action activities in another Brigade.
