Rank To Role Strategy Group

Brigades and Regions around the country are at different stages of the rank to role process and the in depth understanding of this topic by local officials will have a great bearing upon the future of all FBU members both financially and otherwise. Due to this important subject having contractual implications on FBU members, Conference demands that the Executive Council immediately form a Strategy Group to advise, assist and provide education for Officials involved in the local Consultation/Negotiation of the Rank to Role process.
