Redeployment

Conference notes the growing use of 'redeployment' within the UK Fire Service. Conference therefore instructs the Executive Council to enter into negotiations with the Employers, at National Joint Council, to establish that, should 'redeployment' of a Fire Brigades Union member be required, then that 'redeployment' will be within their existing role map, as a minimum, thereby maintaining the same terms and conditions.
