Israeli Peace Wall

Conference wishes to express its deep concern at the continued unrest between the nations of Israel and Palestine, where innocent people continue to bear the brunt of political warmongering. Furthermore, we condemn the Israeli Government for its construction of the so called "Peace Wall"; a demonstration of anything but a will to find peace. This is a demonstration of the Israeli Government's total disregard to the decisions made by the International Court of Justice and the United Nations General Assembly. We call on the Executive Council, together with other TUC affiliates to raise our concerns with the present Government, and demand that they raise our objections, both with the Israeli Government and the United Nations General Council.
