Integrated Risk Management Plan

This Conference calls upon the Executive Council to re-affirm its commitment to vigorously pursue through the legal system any Fire Authority or Chief Fire Officer within a Fire and Rescue Service where an act or omission following the implementation of an Integrated Risk Management Plan can be shown to have contributed to the death or injury of a Fire Brigades Union member. The Fire Brigades Union will also endeavour to support any other individual or group taking legal action as a result of a death or injury caused by the implementation of an IRMP.
