Competency

This Conference demands our Executive Council use all measures to ensure any firefighter working the Retained duty system be afforded the time necessary to achieve and maintain the required level of competency. An initial progress report should be presented to the 2006 Fire Brigades Union Conference and updated at the 2006 Retained Annual General Meeting.
