Regionalised Pay

This Conference notes the efforts of the Government and Employers to introduce the regionalisation of Fire Brigades. However this Union will do all in its power to resist any attempt to introduce regionalised basic pay scales, and will if necessary ballot members for industrial action up to and including strike action.
