Pre-Arranged Overtime

Conference recognises the lifting of the ban on pre-arranged overtime. However, we do have concerns that overtime will be used by CFO's/Firemasters or Fire Authorities to make up for planned shortages in establishments. We therefore instruct the Executive Council to monitor overtime use and if it is being used outside of the "Fire Service Pay and Conditions Agreement 2003" the ban should be reinstated in the brigade affected.
