This Conference demands that in the event of the death or injury of a member of the Fire Brigades Union as a result of the implementation of an integrated risk management plan, which produces a reduction in emergency cover, the Executive Council is to pursue every possible avenue open to them, including Legal Action, Industrial Action and bringing charges of Corporate Manslaughter, to bring to account the Fire Authority concerned and its Brigade Management
