Message from Sean Starbuck, FBU national officer: I am receiving numerous calls, emails and letters from members requesting an update/ information on the fairer commutation campaign. The position has not changed in recent months and remains one where the Pension Ombudsman is investigating the issue we have raised in detail.
I recognise that people may be frustrated by the length of time that this is taking but this was always going to be an in depth process. You can be assured that as soon as there are any developments this information will be shared with members.
