This three-day course will accredit branch and brigade officials to represent members in formal procedures in work, including both grievance and discipline.
It forms part of the FBU workplace reps’ education pathway and officials should have completed the Introductory Branch Officials course before applying.
Participants will explore policy and procedures, supporting members, rights and entitlements, preparing paperwork to support a case, and representation in formal meetings/hearings.

This course is available to branch/brigade officials in every region on one day a week for three weeks.
