This School will be an opportunity for Organisers to meet and network with others from across the
union and share best practice. Sessions will focus on the role of the Organiser and look at supporting
and developing the work that is currently done. We will discuss ways to maximise the opportunities and
intelligence available via the Phoenix system.
The School will explore various approaches to organising and will bring together relevant theory
and practice. We will develop the role, skills and confidence of Organisers by identifying and
addressing what matters to members in the brigade/section, maximising engagement and
activity amongst the membership, and capacity building for the future. ions answered.
