This course has been developed to give officials the opportunity to explore and discuss some of our most fundamental trade union values, including solidarity, democracy, unity and fairness.
You will increase your awareness and understanding of workplace bullying and harassment and be equipped to undertake an internal investigation into the conduct of another member of the union. You will practise skills in interviewing, following detailed procedures, and report writing.

Brigade, regional and sectional officials who are committed to promoting the union’s fairness at work policy and who may be appointed to undertake internal ‘All Different All Equal’ investigations.
This course is available to brigade, regional and sectional officials in every region and takes place one day a week for three weeks.
