Pay 2024: Consultative ballot result

The consultative ballot on pay has concluded and the results are as follows.

Accept 73%.

This was on a turnout of 60%.

Thanks to all members who participated in the consultative ballot. I shall now write to the employers to confirm our acceptance. We shall then prepare the National Joint Council (NJC) pay circulars.
