FAILURE TO APPLY NJC PAY RISE
We are aware that the Northern Ireland Fire and Rescue Service has currently failed to apply the pay rise agreed at the National Joint Council. Please find attached a letter I have sent to the Chief Fire Officer and to the Chair of the board.
The failure to apply the increase is unacceptable and the FBU will take any steps necessary to address the failure of this employer to comply with an NJC agreement.
