Bro Barry Martin – Memorial Fund
The union has set up a memorial fund in memory of Bro Barry Martin who tragically lost his life on 27th January 2023 following injuries sustained during firefighting operations at the Jenners building in Edinburgh on 23rd January 2023.
Barry, 38, leaves behind a loving wife Shelley and twin boys Oliver and Daniel, aged 8. Barry worked at McDonald Road Fire Station since he joined the fire service in 2020 until his tragic death.
The fund will remain open for donations until 16 May 2023. If you wish to support the fund you can donate via the details below:
