FBU WOMEN’S SCHOOL 2022
FRIDAY 8 – SUNDAY 10 APRIL 2022 AT WORTLEY HALL, SHEFFIELD, S35 7DB
Please find attached a promotional flyer and an application form for this year’s women’s school. Please bring these to the attention of your women members. You may also wish to discuss the event with your education organisers and fairness at work reps to identify and encourage potential participants.
This year’s Fire Brigades Union national Women’s School will take place from 12.00 noon Friday 8 April to 2.00pm Sunday 10 April 2022 at Wortley Hall, near Sheffield. Please make sure that the participant can be in attendance for the duration of the whole school prior to submitting the application form.
All reasonable travel expenses will be reimbursed and meals and accommodation are provided.
Unfortunately the superb crèche provider that the FBU has worked with for years has ceased trading and many other crèche providers have closed as a result of the pandemic. We are doing everything we can to source an alternative provider, so please indicate your crèche requirements on the application forms and we will confirm your options.

Please note that demand is very high for the school and places are limited so it may not be possible for everyone who applies to attend.
