Please find attached, three NJC circulars issued today, following agreement reached at the NJC on 4 June 2013.

In due course, Regional and Sectional Committees will be receiving a report back from the Executive Council meeting that took place on 4 June 2013, prior to the agreement being reached.

Brigade Officials will then be in a position to report back fully to members of Brigade Committees on the circumstances that gave rise to this agreement at the NJC.
